Who can be a Box Coordinator?
Anyone who wants to build their own green business can get established. Whether you’re retired, a home-schooling mom, a chef, a store owner, or corporate worker, being a Box Coordinator can enhance your income and provide a needed service.
Is it hard to build a group of customers?
No—it’s easy! Chances are you already know families and individuals who want organic food. You see them every day at school, church and in your neighborhood.
Can I make money as a Box Coordinator?
Absolutely! Many of our Box Coordinators are seeing exponential growth. The program allows an excellent profit, while delivering value to your customers. And, it’s YOUR business—with unlimited earnings potential. The mark up of the box is at the discretion of the Coordinator, typically based on if you are a pickup site or are going to deliver directly to the consumer.
How do they compare to grocery store prices?
Even with your markup, the box prices are still reasonable. In a price comparison conducted by Destiny Organics, we found that our boxes were priced 26% - 30% less than the average grocery store prices. Three separate grocery store chains and a farmers market had to be visited in order to find all of the items that we would supply in the boxes. Destiny’s Box Program results in a tremendous savings of money and TIME.
What if a customer does not pick up their box?
Customers should sign a disclaimer stating, if their box is not picked up during the assigned time their produce will be donated. You could find a local shelter or church that is willing to accept the boxes.
Can I make substitutions to the boxes?
At this time, we are not offering substitutions to the boxes. You may order additional produce or other items to add to the boxes.
Do you offer anything besides fruits and vegetables?
Our line is expanding all the time. We currently offer organic & local dairy products, grassfed meat, seafood, flour, yogurt, granola, coffee and more. These items can be added on to any order, for additional convenience to your customers and profitability for you. And if your customers are asking for something, we can often add that product to our selection.
What do I do if I have questions or need technical assistance?
